The great passion for music began at the age of only seven, when Dany Zarah (25) approached this world with the study of classical guitar at the Conservatory of the Italian part of Switzerland. At the age of 11 she attended electric guitar lessons at the Accademia Ticinese di Musica in Locarno and at the age of 14 she became interested in studying the piano. At 16 she took singing lessons and at 19 she began to play drums as an autodidact.
At the age of 21 she released her first album, DREAMS COME TRUE, recorded, mixed and mastered at SMaRT Studios in Balerna by Stefano Sardo. The album contains twelve tracks (10 in English, 2 in Italian) written and composed by Dany, arranged with Pierfrancesco Tarantino. Voices, guitars, piano and bass are played by Dany, percussions by Pierfrancesco Tarantino and keyboards by both.
After her debut album “Dreams Come True” and experiments with different styles and sounds, in 2018 Dany Zarah released her first single “Close To Me” together with the new production team Jonas Macullo (arrangement and producer) and Marco Guarnerio (arrangement).
The multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Ticino has a strong, unmistakable voice and in the new team these extraordinary talents come wonderfully into their own.

Die grosse Leidenschaft für die Musik begann im Alter von nur sieben Jahren, als Dany Zarah mit dem Studium der klassischen Gitarre am Konservatorium der italienischen Schweiz dieser Welt näher kam. Im Alter von 11 Jahren besuchte sie E-Gitarren-Kurse an der Accademia Ticinese di Musica in Locarno und im Alter von 14 Jahren interessierte sie sich für das Klavierstudium.
Mit 16 nimmt sie Gesangsunterricht und mit 19 Jahren beginnt sie als Autodidakt Schlagzeug zu spielen.
Im Alter von 21 Jahren veröffentlichte sie ihr erstes Album DREAMS COME TRUE, aufgenommen, gemischt und gemastert in den SMaRT Studios in Balerna von Stefano Sardo. Das Album enthält zwölf Tracks (10 auf Englisch, 2 auf Italienisch), geschrieben und komponiert von Dany, arrangiert mit Pierfrancesco Tarantino. Stimmen, Gitarren, Klavier und Bass werden von Dany gespielt, Percussion von Pierfrancesco Tarantino und Keyboards von beiden.
Nach ihrem Debutalbum „Dreams Come True“ und damit verbundenen Experimenten mit verschiedenen Stilen und Klängen, veröffentlichte Dany Zarah im 2018 mit “Close to Me” die erste Single mit dem neuen Produktionsteam Jonas Macullo (Arrangement und Produzent) und Marco Guarnerio ( Arrangement).
Die Multi-Instrumentalistin und Songwriterin aus dem Tessin hat eine starke unverwechselbare Gesangstimme und im neuen Team bekommen diese ausserordentliche Begabungen wunderbar zur Geltung.

A 11 anni frequenta i corsi di chitarra elettrica all’Accademia Ticinese di Musica di Locarno e a 14 anni si interessa allo studio del pianoforte. A 16 prende lezioni di canto e a 19 inizia a suonare la batteria da autodidatta.
All’età di 21 anni realizza il suo primo album, DREAMS COME TRUE, registrato, mixato e masterizzato negli SMaRT Studios di Balerna da Stefano Sardo. L’album contiene dodici tracce (10 in inglese, 2 in italiano) scritte e composte da Dany, arrangiate con Pierfrancesco Tarantino. Voci, chitarre, pianoforte e basso sono suonati da Dany, percussioni da Pierfrancesco Tarantino e tastiere da entrambi.
Dopo il suo album di debutto “Dreams Come True” e la sperimentazione di diversi stili e suoni, nel 2018 Dany Zarah pubblica il suo primo singolo “Close To Me” insieme al nuovo team di produzione Jonas Macullo (arrangiatore e produttore) e Marco Guarnerio (arrangiatore).
La polistrumentista e compositrice ticinese ha un timbro forte e inconfondibile che risalta particolarmente anche grazie al nuovo team.
