F. Way from Ticino titled their debut album “Anything but new” with self-irony. The title plays with the fact of the long preparation phase up to the release of the album and with the fact that F. Way do not really invent something new with their Pop Rock music, but play a well-known music genre.
But what has unfortunately been forgotten nowadays, F. Way have paid special attention. With the songs the whole picture of the album was always kept in mind and so also the true origin of a music album was taken into account.
The album “Anything but new” contains eleven titles, all written by the band members Fabiano Wildi and Andrea Rusconi. It is therefore obvious that the songs tell a very personal story of their lives and this is certainly one of the reasons why the album “Anything but new” is an emotionally charged and powerful work.
The album was arranged by Marco Guarnerio and Jonas Macullo and recorded in the JDM studios of Jonas Macullo. Jonas Macullo and Andrea Cosentino are responsible for the mix and the album was mastered by Unorthodox Sounds (Andrea Cosentino).

I ticinesi F. Way hanno intitolato il loro album di debutto “Anything but new” con autoironia. Il titolo gioca sulla lunga fase di preparazione dell’album e sul fatto che il genere proposto dagli F. Way non sia niente di nuovo, un genere pop rock ben conosciuto, ma con qualcosa di molto personale al suo interno.
Gli F. Way hanno prestato particolare attenzione a ciò che al giorno d’oggi purtroppo è stato dimenticato. A livello delle canzoni è sempre stata tenuta in considerazione l’intera immagine dell’album e così sono state riprese le vere origini di un album musicale.
L’album “Anything but new” contiene undici titoli, tutti scritti dai membri della band Fabiano Wild e Andrea Rusconi. “È quindi ovvio che le canzoni raccontano storie molto personali della loro vite e questo è certamente uno dei motivi per cui l’album “Anything but new” è un’opera emotivamente carica e forte.
L’album è stato arrangiato da Marco Guarnerio e Jonas Macullo e registrato nello studio JDM di Jonas Macullo. Jonas Macullo e Andrea Cosentino si sono occupati del mix e l’album è stato masterizzato da Unorthodox Sounds (Andrea Cosentino).

Selbstironisch betiteln die Tessiner F. Way ihr Debutalbum Titel “Anything but new”. Der Titel spielt mit der Tatsache der langen Vorbereitungsphase bis zur Veröffentlichung des Album und damit, dass F. Way mit ihrer Pop Rock Musik nicht wirklich etwas neues erfinden, sondern ein jedem bekanntes Musik Genre bespielen.
Was jedoch heutzutage leider in Vergessenheit geraten ist, haben F. Way besonderes Augenmerk gelegt. Bei den Songs wurde immer das gesamte Bild des Album im Auge behalten und so auch dem wahren Ursprung eines Musikalbums Rechnung getragen.
Elf Titel enthält das Album “Anything but new”, welche alle von den Bandmitgliedern Fabiano Wildi und Andrea Rusconi geschrieben wurden. Es ist daher auch naheliegend, dass die Songs sehr persönlich aus ihrem Leben erzählen und auch sicherlich dies ein Grund ist, dass mit dem Album “Anything but new” ein emotionsgeladenes starkes Werk entstanden ist.
Arrangiert wurde das Album von Marco Guarnerio, sowie Jonas Macullo und aufgenommen in den JDM Studios von Jonas Macullo. Für den Mix ist Jonas Macullo und Andrea Cosentino verantwortlich und gemastert wurde das Album von Unorthodox Sounds (Andrea Cosentino).
