daFOO has been with his girlfriend for exactly 30 years now. The song HEROINE! is for her and all other women. For daFOO, this is not just lip service, caused at that time by the MeToo debate, but a real concern to which he has paid special attention in his work as a youth worker for years.
daFOO: “Even at a young age it is important for a women to experience appreciation. The knowledge of being valuable conveys security and helps to protect against any abuse. Every woman of this world is a heroine and with this song I scream it out with full conviction into this often so negatively shaped world.”
The song HEROINE is again written and produced by daFOO himself. Dan Suter was responsible for the mixing and mastering.

Seit genau 30 Jahren ist daFOO nun mit seiner Freundin zusammen. Für sie und alle anderen Frauen ist der Song HEROINE! Für daFOO ist dies nicht nur ein Lippenbekenntnis, ausgelöst dazumal durch die MeToo-Debatte, sondern ein echtes Anliegen, welchem er besonders in seiner Arbeit als Jugendarbeiter seit Jahren Beachtung schenkt.
Dazu daFOO: “Bereits in jungen Jahren einer Frau ist es wichtig Wertschätzung zu erfahren. Das Wissen wertvoll zu sein vermittelt Sicherheit und hilft vor jeglichem Missbrauch zu schützen. Jede Frau dieser Welt ist eine Heroin und mit diesem Song schreie ich es mit voller Überzeugung in diese doch oft so negativ geprägte Welt hinaus.“
Der Song HEROINE ist wiederum von daFOO selber geschrieben und produziert. Für das Mixing und Mastering war Dan Suter verantwortlich.
